Project Overview
Rush is a Sydney-based music series shaped around sound, space, and atmosphere.
The focus was to refine how Rush was represented online, ensuring content aligned with its music-led identity and the feeling of the room, not just the people within it.

Challenges
The focus was on bringing the brand closer to its true centre.
Previous outputs leaned toward guest-led and influencer-driven moments, which diluted the emphasis on music and atmosphere. The content showed who was there, but not what it felt like to be there.
This created a subtle disconnect. The experience was immersive and music-first, but the digital presence did not fully carry that weight.
There was also a clear need for stronger creative direction, ensuring outputs were guided with intention rather than captured reactively.

Conclusion
A refined content strategy was introduced to realign output with the identity of the event.
A multi-cam content system was implemented to capture the space more holistically, allowing the environment, movement, and energy of the night to be documented with greater accuracy.
Content direction shifted toward a more natural visual language. Flash was reduced in favour of no-flash imagery, allowing light, shadow, and atmosphere to define the frame.
An analogue content pillar was introduced through Super 8 and film photography, adding a layer of texture and nostalgia that complemented the tone of the event.
The result was a more faithful representation of Rush.
Less surface. More substance.
